Strength & Conditioning
Enhanced coaching time per person but affordable and sustainable. S&C in groups integrates your personal training goals with equipment that we wouldn’t always use during large group training sessions. More specific, more personal and better coached
Strength
Strength training will ensure that every part of your body is conditioned under the close watchful eye of your coach. All forms of resistance training will be visited to guarantee an intense and varied session every time
Functional Training
Train your muscles to work together, simulate common daily movement patterns and emphasise core stability with bodyweight, fitball and free-weights. Functional Training will improve daily activity and productivity and set you up for the week ahead perfectly.
Cardio Conditioning
A Cardio and Circuit crossover. The class will test strength, power and endurance by mixing up elements of cardio with circuit based resistant training. Fast paced and high energy
Tabata Sweat Sesh
A mid-week Sweat Sesh! Ensuring that every part of your body is conditioned under the close watchful eye of your coach. All forms of resistance training and high intensity training will be visited to guarantee an intense, varied and sweaty session every Wednesday evening.
Deadly Strong
Deadly Strong is the ultimate Deadly Dozen gym workout featuring some of the 12 exercise stations. Challenge your limits with kettlebell carries, dumbbell snatches, burpee broad jumps, bear crawls, and more.
Deadly Erg
Deadly Erg is the ultimate Deadly Dozen gym workout featuring some of the erg journeys with some of 12 labours mixed in.. Challenge your fitness on the row, ski and assault bike.
Deadly Dozen
Deadly Dozen challenges you to the full Deadly experience combining running with the labours. don’t worry, if you are not a runner, you can complete the journeys on the erg or assault bikes.
Hyrox
HYROX combines both running & functional workout stations, where participants run 1km, followed by 1 functional workout station, repeated eight times. Our classes include all elements of the Hyrox fitness race but can be scaled and adapted for all levels of fitness and non-runners. Guaranteed to build your engine - you’ll love it!
Barbells & Babes
Numbers limited to 15 per session. Please bring baby in a car seat or provide your own mats/blankets for baby whilst you train. Prams to be left downstairs if walking to The Studio.
Vinyasa Yoga
A powerful & energetic flow class, combining movement & breath, which aims to enhance flexibility & leave you feeling stronger, happier & healthier in both body & mind. Modifications will be offered throughout the class for those with less or no previous experience of yoga.
Pilates
Mat Pilates with a focus on Pilates Stretch Therapy & Healthy Hips. Perfect for improving flexibility, strength, coordination, mobility & posture. Pilates is the perfect complement to strength training, running, or other sports, helping you build a balanced and resilient body. Suitable for all levels.
Yogalates
A class that will stretch & strengthen all the major muscle groups. Yogalates is a fusion of Yoga & Pilates, bringing the flexibility, balance & meditative elements of Yoga, with the muscle strengthening & toning of Pilates, building strength in the body's core postural muscles. An ideal balance of body, mind, breathing & movement. All levels welcome. Modifications will be offered, along with the use of props if required.
Running Club
A safe and enjoyable running experience for young people aged 12+ and adults of any ability. Lead by a qualified LIFR coach from The Studio Hereford - suitable and inclusive for all running abilities.
Strength & Conditioning for Kids
Aimed at children aged 9–16, kids S&C classes help young athletes build confidence, strength, and athletic skills in a fun, upbeat environment. Sessions feature exciting challenges, team games, and age-appropriate exercises to develop speed, coordination, balance, and power. We focus on great movement habits, improved fitness, and plenty of fun—whether your child plays sport or just loves being active, they’ll stay motivated, smiling, and moving.
Affiliated Hybrid Training
Hybrid training blends strength, endurance, and functional fitness into one powerful style of training—built for performance and real-world capability.
Our hybrid sessions include HYROX, DEKA, Deadly Dozen, Hybrid NW and our very own Hybrid HFD, combining running, conditioning, and strength work in a structured, progressive way. Whether you’re training for your first race or chasing a faster finish, you’ll build engine, power, and resilience together.
We’re proud to be the only official affiliate for these races in Hereford, meaning you’re training in an environment that understands the demands of competition—and how to prepare you properly for it.
We will also be running regular race events during the year so you can put all your hard training to the test.
